This document constitutes a binding agreement between the visiting user and the internal administration of the hacienda. Should you disagree with any of the points stipulated here, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our digital channels and from contracting the comprehensive services offered by the venue.
The company reserves the absolute right to modify, update, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, in order to adapt them to legislative reforms or internal operating policies. It is the user's sole responsibility to review this section periodically to stay informed of the changes in force. Continued use of the digital platform or confirmation of attendance to any of our experiences and individual or social spaces after the publication of such modifications shall imply full and tacit acceptance of the new provisions implemented.
With respect to the use of the physical infrastructure, all rooms, amenities and common areas—including the Máquinas area, El Barocho, El Tanque, the Casona and the areas dedicated to wellness such as the Sauna and the massage spaces—are subject to specific regulations for safety and preservation of the architectural heritage. Guests and visitors agree to respect the historical integrity of the premises, being civilly and financially liable for any direct or indirect material damage caused by negligence, improper use of the facilities or violations of the instructions of qualified staff during their stay.
The reservation process for the themed rooms or the booking of the space as a full venue for large-scale events shall be confirmed only after validation of the corresponding deposit and the signing of the service agreement. Cancellation, refund and penalty policies shall be governed strictly under the timeframes agreed upon in that contract. Santa María Chichí is not responsible for service interruptions arising from force majeure, extreme weather events, general failures in the region's public utilities or any unforeseeable fortuitous event beyond direct administrative control.
In compliance with personal data protection legislation, all information provided by the user through our contact forms or online payment systems will be treated with absolute confidentiality and under the highest standards of digital security. The data collected will be used solely for managing your requests, personalizing your hospitality experience and sending previously authorized institutional communications. The user retains at all times their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection in accordance with applicable regulations.
